BOOKING TERMS

• Upon making a provisional booking, a 50% deposit of the full stay is required within 3 days to secure the reservation. The balance is payable on arrival.
• Children can be accomodated by arrangement at all our houses except The Little Courtyards. Strict supervision is required as our pool is uncovered.
• Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the rooms.

• Cancellations made:
  
  60 days or more prior to arrival date: 10% of deposit is retained as an admin fee
  
  30 days or more prior to arrival date: 25% of deposit is retained
  
  30 days or less prior to arrival date: 50% deposit is non-refundable
  
  7 days or less prior to arrival date: the full amount of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged
  
  
• In the event of a premature departure the full extent of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
• Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the rooms.

• Check in from 1pm onwards, unless by prior arrangement
• Non-smoking.  No smoking in any of the houses or rooms.
• No pets.
• Laundry service available on request.
